Process Technician


Job Description

  • Overview of Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate machine activities in the applications lab including process development work, maintenance activities, troubleshooting;
    • Support operation, management, and configuration of laboratory-based systems including SEM, Pattern Generator, Plasma Etch, ALD, and Sputter systems, and several other complementing processes;
    • Oversee carrying out experiment trials;
    • Perform data collection for R&D projects;
    • Oversee parts and Inventory management;
    • Ensure compliance with standard operation procedures and applicable laboratory safety rules and regulations;
    • Focus on attention to detail for small parts assembly and fault finding;
    • Contribute to technical written reports and presentations.
 
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum Technical degree in related biology or chemistry related studies. Or 2 years’ experience in a related field.
    • General laboratory skills and practices a must – hands-on experience maintaining and performing basic service on systems and equipment in the laboratory.
    • Solid working knowledge of trouble shooting methodologies.
